Jane Galloway is a Hampshire based contemporary artist, specialising in abstract vibrant, almost surreal landscapes, with dramatic evocative skies and abstract paintings.

Inspiration comes from travelling, real places, people and everyday objects.

Born and bought up on the north Yorkshire coast, Jane moved inland to Sheffield during her teenage years, then as a mother of three, to Wales, then Berkshire before finally settling on the South Coast.

“Out of necessity, I have always had to work to support myself and my three children, so time for painting and being creative has been precious. I now find myself with an even more passionate desire to create and express myself through my art, after all – life is not a dress rehearsal. I hope you enjoy looking through my work”.
